ARIYA BRIDGE CAPITAL · NAMIBIA
A licensed unlisted investment manager focused on infrastructure, clean energy and digital connectivity in Namibia.
Our investment approach
We connect investment capital with the projects and businesses shaping Namibia’s future.
Ariya Bridge Capital (Pty) Ltd manages unlisted investments through the Ariya Bridge Trust Fund. Our mandate is exclusively Namibian: financing the development, construction and expansion of projects and established businesses in the sectors that underpin the economy.
Our principals bring experience in fund management, project development, acquisitions and investment financing across Sub-Saharan Africa. We combine that experience with local relationships and a disciplined approach to selecting opportunities.
Wholly owned by Bridgehead Group Holdings (Proprietary) Limited.
A focused mandate across essential sectors, with an emphasis on commercial viability and lasting economic relevance.

Financing the development and expansion of essential infrastructure, supporting the physical foundations of Namibia’s economy.
Investing in commercially viable clean and renewable energy projects, from development through construction and expansion.
Supporting the businesses and infrastructure that strengthen digital connectivity and enable wider participation in the economy.
Our investment model brings financing and development experience together, with private equity, quasi-equity and mezzanine instruments structured around each opportunity.
We identify commercially viable projects that need capital or development expertise to progress. We combine equity or quasi-equity financing with our team’s experience and network to help bring these projects to a bankable stage.
On behalf of the Fund, we arrange debt and equity finance and negotiate financing and project-completion success fees.
We invest in established businesses seeking to expand, implement a new strategy or navigate a sale or divestment within our target sectors.
The investment structure responds to the business, its stage of development and its long-term capital requirements.
Our model allows for partial exits through fees and equity sales, alongside retained equity interests in project companies that can provide long-term income streams for pension fund investors.
Across the investment lifecycle, we seek broad-based participation and positive outcomes for communities and the environment.
Financial discipline and positive social and environmental outcomes belong in the same investment conversation.
We seek investments with meaningful social and economic impact, with a particular focus on women, young people and socially disadvantaged communities. The Fund’s relationship with the National Youth Council supports its focus on youth representation and participation.
Our strength is measured in our professionals, our presence, our partners and our projects.

THE FUND
The Fund provides private equity, quasi-equity and mezzanine financing for development, construction and expansion. It is registered with the Master of the High Court of Namibia.
